First Course at Casa Valdese Dinner
Day one!! When we got back to the hotel, I showered and changed then went to a small cafe with Abigale and we ordered our first coffees! It was absolutely intimidating but we did it! Then we met up with the group to walk around the town. We went to the Spanish steps and it was packed. There was probably thousands of people there because it was the holiday of the immaculate conception. Which we didn’t know until later that night after we had barely made our way through the largest crowd I have ever been in my life. It was definitely an experience, but I hope to never ever be in that situation ever again. But we did walk along via Margutta where Fellini lived! That was pretty cool. All in all it was a good day and a great first meal at casa valdese with a delicious gluten free Italian 3 course dinner!
