Borghese Gallery
Day 3 in Rome was very busy, but very exciting! In the morning everyone had the choice to choose how they would like to spend their morning. Some students went to St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican to see the pope, and other went back to the piazza del Popolo and the surrounding areas. I chose to return to the piazza! While there I went to the Ara Pacis museum and the Da Vinci museum as well as some surrounding churches. After, the group met back up for a picnic style lunch at Borghese gardens. Following the lunch, the group went to tour the Borghese galleria where we got to see some completely incredible art! And we finished off the night with dinner at the hotel. Overall it was an amazing day!
